Interesting talk with Maureen about this idea I have to develop a point of view and business around corporate culture
Basic premise is having understanding of corporate culture for three reasons:
- for prospective employees, getting real insight to the corporate culture can help determine fit between the firm and employee
- for existing employees and leadership, support business social networking by helping navigate”the way things work (or don’t)”
- For selling into the firm, understanding the business culture can be helpful in developing strong relationships
- What are the dimensions of corporate culture? How are firms positioned with relation to them?
