Basic premise is having understanding of corporate culture for three reasons:

• for prospective employees, getting real insight to the corporate culture can help determine fit between the firm and employee
• for existing employees and leadership, support business social networking by helping navigate”the way things work (or don’t)”
• For selling into the firm, understanding the business culture can be helpful in developing strong relationships

• What are the dimensions of corporate culture?  How are firms positioned with relation to them?
